Brief:

This surfacing project was carried-out in Dracaena Avenue, Falmouth. The client was in desperate need for additional off-street parking due to living near a busy road. We removed half of the front garden and installed a new granite wall and gate post. Cremin Surfacing are members of the Water Industry Approved Plumbing Scheme, so we installed a new 25mm water pipe prior to the resurfacing work. 150mm 803 hardcore was applied and compacted, then we installed 30mm of 1-3 washed paving grit ready to lay the Marshalls Tegula pennant grey paving. ACO drainage was added and we laid the pipework into a sustainable drainage system (SUDS) which, by today’s standards, is found to be environmentally beneficial, as well as an important aspect of planning approval.
